Period changes

The supply and demand chart normalizes price, volume, and market-cap series to the first observation in the selected one-week, 30-day, or 90-day window. The displayed percentage is change from that observation, not a forecast.

DEX activity

When available, the dashboard uses the first matching pool returned by GeckoTerminal search and displays its daily OHLCV and pool-level activity. Pool selection can change as provider results change, so pool identity and availability are shown with the result.

Order-book analysis

For each supported exchange, Kryptonomy reads the public order book and summarizes the top ten ask and bid levels. Weighted averages use available quantity at each level. Bid/ask ratio compares aggregated bid quantity with ask quantity; the pressure label is descriptive, not a trading recommendation.

University content

Educational examples use clearly labeled illustrative values. Exercises ask readers to record provider, timestamp, units, and limitations. Passing a knowledge check records browser-local completion and does not represent a credential or financial recommendation.

Limitations

Public APIs can rate-limit, omit assets, use different symbols, or return stale or incomplete data. A missing result is reported as unavailable rather than treated as zero.
